We Are Three Shores CISMA

At our core, the Three Shores CISMA  is a partnership of organizations that work together to bring top-notched cooperative invasive species management to the Eastern U.P.

 

As a member of our team, you'll gain valuable experience in managing invasive species, restoring native landscapes, and building relationships with industry professionals throughout the Eastern U.P., all while exploring the treasures hidden amongst the shorelines of the three largest great lakes.

Crew Leader

Our Crew Leaders will start as early as May 20th, 2024, and extend through August 2024, with the possibility of part-time extension depending on funding and performance. Applicants selected for this position will be expected to work 40 hours per week with occasional irregular hours, weekends, and overnight trips. This position will require the applicant to conduct fieldwork in all weather conditions and be able to lift and carry 50 pounds daily. Chosen applicants will also be expected to have reliable transportation, as the use of an employee’s personal vehicle will be required during employment. The employee will be expected to work with the Three Shores CISMA coordinator to provide crew guidance during fieldwork.​

Prioritization will be given to applications received prior to February 2nd.
